Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!! More

Best Car Buying Experience in my entire life! Been searching for an Audi TT and specific color in Glacier White. I had a TT prior to Hurricane Katrina and she was Red. But, due to that life chan Been searching for an Audi TT and specific color in Glacier White. I had a TT prior to Hurricane Katrina and she was Red. But, due to that life changing event and living in New Orleans, I had to say good-bye to my TT until I moved to a state that was above sea level and had roads that didn't have pot holes every two feet. Fast forward to when I seen the TT online, I shopped around with Carvana and CarMax and other Audi dealerships out of state and for months was on the look out for a white TT that would have all the bells and bow suited for me. I made a decision that evening that I would take a look at her and after sending an email to the dealership, I received an expedited response stating that it's still pending sale but there is another one on the lot. I had to go and take a look anyway because until it's sold, it's still available. Initially, I had walked the parking deck because I knew the TT was pending a current sale transaction, but, had to go look. Luckily, there was an Audi driving out of the parking deck and the driver slowed down. As he slowed down, we flagged him down to ask about the white TT that was pending. He actually was a sales associate and he was the easiest person I've spoken to regarding vehicles, all my life and I'm a month away from being 43. I have had my share of experiences with plenty of sales man. Ed Jenkins, was straight up with no chaser. He was transparent the entire time and I decided to finance through them and even with Tony Jackson...they both made my life so much easier than I anticipated going to a dealership. I wouldn't have wanted to have done business with anyone else especially with purchasing my TT. FIVE STARS!!!!! I will be back!!!! More
