A stress free buying experience! My wife and I coincidentally were driving by to go and look at another Honda Odyssey when we spotted the one that Courtesy Mitsubishi had for sale. We My wife and I coincidentally were driving by to go and look at another Honda Odyssey when we spotted the one that Courtesy Mitsubishi had for sale. We drove right in and met Tony. We fell in love with it after the test drive. Tony and Dave worked together to give us a great price and they also agreed to perform the common repairs that the Odyssey needed. We drove it off the lot that night! Three weeks later we can honestly say that Courtesy Mitsubishi sells great used cars. Tony has been fantastic to work for as well as the whole Courtesy team! He worked with me and was able to work the deal the way I wanted it to go. Definitely will recommend to others!!! He even noticed a few areas that needed to be buffed out on my new car after it was brought out to me( I did not as I just needed to get home ) and he informed me of them and arranged for a day and time that worked with my schedule to come back and have it rebuffed!!!! More

Talk to Tony machado If you're anything like me when it comes to the purchasing of a long term financial responsibility; you're gonna wanna get the best deal! When If you're anything like me when it comes to the purchasing of a long term financial responsibility; you're gonna wanna get the best deal! When I got to the dealership, I had originally seen a sign that read a different name brand then what I would leave that day with. I parked my 2003 Mitsubishi eclipse near the front of the building. Immediately Mr. Machado came over to ask if I needed help with anything. I explained I was interested in something with 200,000 miles warranty and 4 wheel drive for the snow. I also let him know it was my first time at a dealership, and I didn't really know what to look for, and didn't wanna be scammed. He understood my concern as a new buyer, and promised me he would do all he could to help me out. Tony told me how his daughter was sold a car once and taken advantage of. He made a point to assure me that there was nothing up any sleeves . I decided to continue with the process of "looking around" we stopped to see a lot of different vehicles. He explained each and everyone of them in full detail. I was very impressed. I ended up leaving that same day with my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer. I received a loyalty discount for the trade in of my 2003 eclipse, as well as every perk I could probably think a new car would need. I'm glad I ended up with Tony as my dealer. Made the entire experience as simple as car buying should be. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a car, and especially to anyone who has never gone through the dealership scene. All in all a great experience.. More
