The Service Rep. was nice and polite, he keep me informed wh I was really happy that Honda appreciated my business. The moment I drove up, the Service Rep. was very nice. The wait was not long and the Service Rep. informed me when when my car was ready, a prompt check-out. I hate I do not remember his name, and I do not have access to my paperwork at this time to get his name.
