Sam Rios is the best tech advisor I’ve met since I started dealing with Honda and so you know I have been through 2 other dealerships and won’t go back to them. I would not buy another Honda or recomm started dealing with Honda and so you know I have been through 2 other dealerships and won’t go back to them. I would not buy another Honda or recommend a Honda to anyone if I had to deal with my last two dealerships. I think that the relationship you build with your advisor is what brings people back to your business, bad relationships will not get you return customers. So far I have really felt like I have been taken care of. THANKS SAM!!! Speedy service is not always the best thing. I had rather the technician take his time and thoroughly make sure the job he performed took care of the issue. I was an aircraft mechanic and it will teach you very quickly to do the best job you can because you can’t get out at 30,000 feet and call a tow truck. Every mechanic should take care of the customer the way they want to be took care of, if they can’t or don’t they need to find another profession. Thanks Bill Murray More
