Good place, good people. Timing of car delivery and coordination for pick up should be better. Prioritizing the delivery of someone’s car who has a paid hold on it should be delivered prior to others t coordination for pick up should be better. My truck was sitting at the port warehouse for about a week with a lot of “ it should arrive today” but never did. Took a while and finally got it. More

Honestly, I will give you my feedback. I was at Williamson, and later sawgrass Ford. Unfortunate to say, Williamson was on the wrong side of the experience. Dishonest and not up front gathering Williamson, and later sawgrass Ford. Unfortunate to say, Williamson was on the wrong side of the experience. Dishonest and not up front gathering information from my original salesman Anthony. Then in service department I asked about fees if my oil change was still covered. I was told yes, and on pickup, ended up paying because the service expired in may. Also took forever to get my car back. Then, at the time of purchasing the lease that was ending, tried to get taken advantage of again in the numbers. Only plus were the people, were pleasant. Just as a whole, sloppy with details and not paying real attention to details. The entire process took a very long time, unnecessarily so. I would encourage better focus on appreciating the customers time, and being way more transparent with costs More
