Tony Ortiz meets me upon my arrival and I am immediately whisked into the most beautiful waiting area of all car repair waiting areas! Not only is it spotlessly clean, there are several places to sit depending on what my preferences are. This time, I opted for the quiet work area, finished some writing at one of the convenient private desks and then moved to a comfy chair to finish my morning tea. As always, Tony was Spot On when he predicted what time my car would be ready and I absolutely love receiving a text as well as an email from the Ziegler Nissan team with a full Multipoint Inspection Report that is so easy to understand. It even includes special sale prices for the services I choose. But, before I can gather my belongings, Tony Ortiz takes the time to speak with me and is ready to go over every detail of my report. Tony's customer service skills are exceptional. When I return to my car, it has received a full car wash and someone, I suspect Tony, has reset my steering wheel and my seat to be perfectly aligned with my back. Seriously! I drove out of the dealership feeling like Royalty in my clean, comfortable, and safely running car. Thank you TONY and the entire team at Ziegler Nissan. You are all Incredible!
