Buy a car should be a wonderful experience, but it very, very seldom is. It is at Metro, however: no pressure, no hidden expenses, no substitutes...everything, and I mean everything, was explained until you were satisfied that you knew the answer to the question that YOU were asking, not the one that the salesperson wanted to answer.
