Had a nice experience. When we went in were were told it would take 2 months to get our Corolla hybrid but we got it in a week. Robert was never nice and knowledgeable. I purchased my Avalon at the end of the lease. The finance department representative was not receptive, argumentative, and abrupt. He never introduced himself and though I had an appointment, he was finance department representative was not receptive, argumentative, and abrupt.
