The key situation with Toyota is nonsense.

Then, we supposedly were supposed to receive two blanks at the time of the sale but didn’t. So we were charged $100 for two blanks AFTER shelling out close to $100k in cash for two new cars! Also, Byers cannot get my wife’s car to sync to any phone she or I have had to Apple CarPlay. The unit needs replaced but they keep sending us home and saying, “Try this or try that.” So my wife has no hands free phone and no navigation. Very disappointed with Byers Service department.
