This was our best car buying experience at a dealership. We went in looking for a basic model without a lot of bells and whistles. The salesman, Tony, showed us a basic model as well as the next step up, bo We went in looking for a basic model without a lot of bells and whistles. The salesman, Tony, showed us a basic model as well as the next step up, both in the price range we requested. We were able to drive both vehicles and chose the basic model. There was no pressure to upsell, because he really wanted us to have the vehicle that best suited us. He was very personable and down to earth and truly focused on what we wanted in the car. I'd heard good things about Mohawk Honda before going (which is why we went in the first place) and they lived up to them and more. What surprised us is when we made our choice, it was a little after four on a Friday afternoon, he asked us when we'd like to pick it up and we said pretty much anytime. His answer was, "How about tomorrow?" They lived up to it and the next day, which was a Saturday, we drove the vehicle home and he was genuinely excited for us and glad we got the car we wanted. Brian handled the financial aspect and treated us with courtesy and made sure everything was handled ok for us. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to others I know who are car shopping. More
