I was pleased with the ability to fit me in for an oil change and that I didn't have to wait very long. I was disappointed in the fact that I asked to have the DEF level checked and to top it off if need change and that I didn't have to wait very long. I was disappointed in the fact that I asked to have the DEF level checked and to top it off if need be, and was told that the DEF level was fine. Only to have a low DEF warning pop up two days later. When I told this to someone that called to see how my visit was, I received a text message saying that the technician must have read the level wrong and that they do not top off DEF. So it gives me pause when I was told that everything else was good as well. More

If customers have to wait too long, we'll go to Jiffy Lube and you won't get to tell us we need another $1000 in service. I used to be a service manager. I know the drill. Washing the vehicle is great. But the wheel washing sucked. Impress me more and I'll buy a $80K diesel from you. Otherwise, the dealership is fine. More
