I usually speak with Tony, but since he was out, I spoke with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. I do not recall his last name, but he came out of the sales area where I was sitting. with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. My laptop had just died, and he allowed me to use his phone plug to recharge my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. He didn't have to do it, but he did, and I appreciate that. His name tag said Michael or Mike, but the picture of Brandon Toledo looks like him. I am not sure, but He gets (5) stars for his kindness. Also, there is a young lady who stands out to wash the windshield when the cars pull up. I do not remember what she told me her name was, but I forgot my hot tea in the vehicle. She graciously went to get my tea out of the car from where the mechanics were, she went to get it with a smile, and came back and gave me my tea with a smile. I am so appreciative of her smile and superb customer service towards me. More
