The service department is not doing the work they said they were. When I received my car back the service report stated they measured the tread depth at 6/32. A week later 1 tire was losing air and it too they were. When I received my car back the service report stated they measured the tread depth at 6/32. A week later 1 tire was losing air and it took it to a service center to check it out and discovered the tire wear on the inside edge on both right side tires was "Through" the steel belt. They stated they felt i only had about 25 miles remaining on those tires before a catastrophic failure would've occurred. The dealership didn't notice a severe safety defect was developing. If they missed that defect what else are they pencil whipping. Who else will not be as fortunate as me to find it before a catastrophe happens possibly somebody with kids in the vehicle. It's dereliction of duty not to look for safety related issues with customer vehicles. More
