Heather is the absolute best! She "rescued" me from a flat tire recently when my family was out of town and I didn't have many other options! She is smart and caring and follows through - she is the third service representative I've had since I've been a customer at this dealership and by far the best! My only objective to the dealership was the financing deal that was offered when I bought my RAV-4 with a ridiculously high interest rate. I've learned my lesson, though - I won't finance through Toyota Financial again. But, in general, the dealership is good except for this one area. And Heather is the best! More

My car was serviced in a very efficient and timely manner. The only issue I had was that they installed a new battery even after we told them our existing battery was less than a year old. They should manner. The only issue I had was that they installed a new battery even after we told them our existing battery was less than a year old. They should have returned the old battery to us so we could have taken it back under the warranty and received a refund or replacement. Other than that, the service was good. More
