My wife and I recently purchased a new 2021 Honda Pilot and had the pleasure of working with Tony Snyder. The interior/exterior color we wanted was not available on the lot, we also needed to have a traile and had the pleasure of working with Tony Snyder. The interior/exterior color we wanted was not available on the lot, we also needed to have a trailer hitch installed. Tony quickly acquired the vehicle and arranged to have the hitch installed the next day, along with coordinating the registration and inspection process. We were constantly kept up to date as everything progressed. When we picked up our new vehicle it had been detailed and the gas tank was full. I highly recommend Hyannis Honda and Tony Snyder in particular. More

Tony Snyder in Sales and Tony Bertocci, Manager took the extra time to find the perfect car within my budget and stayed late so I wouldn't feel rushed in making a decision. The people at this dealership are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Tony Snyder made things happen quickly at the service department when it needed an inspection and very helpful in explaining all the new features on the vehicle. Also, Jake Roberts was enjoyable to work with and made you feel comfortable on the financial end. Looking forward to driving my new Honda for many years! More
