Always Amazing This is my 5th car from Honda Cards of Bellevue and it's always awesome!! Tony is the best salesman out there. I will never go anywhere else. Feeling like family It's amazing how when you go in for an oil change and you're walking through the lot just "looking", rarely are you approached by a manager, Rob was c It's amazing how when you go in for an oil change and you're walking through the lot just "looking", rarely are you approached by a manager, Rob was certainly interested in answering my questions and getting someone to help me. Tony was great, he answered a lot of questions, offered to let me test drive the car, I told him the biggest pet peeve I had with sales people at any dealership are when they asked what color do you want and the ones that keep you captive for half the day. Tony passed the test, he didn't do either. He was very thorough in explaining different features to me, When my Civic was done I told him I'd get back to him by Tuesday, he was off that day, I called Rob told him what I had set up with my Credit Union, This may be a little long winded, but sharing this with you is about how long it took me to wrap things up with the finance department. Cheryl was great. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the friendly caring people at Bellevue Honda, My 2006 Civic I call Blue Belle can now go to someone that will give her a good home., I'm off on a new adventure with my 2014 Civic I call the Silver Bullet. I have to add the service department there is beyond belief, those guys are great too. Thank you one and all for taking me in as part of your Honda Family. More

Why I ultimately chose Honda Cars of Bellevue. My wife had just had an accident with her van and the insurance company said it had to be totaled. I decided to see what I could find and checked out many of the different Honda dealers as well as other dealerships to see what they had. Honda Cars of Bellevue had one I really liked. I called and made an appointment to meet with Tony Sorenson. We went down to the dealer, spoke with Tony and checked out the van I saw online. Tony was great. He knew about the vehicle and the product in general. I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger and Tony said no problem but keep in mind there was someone who also looked at it earlier in the day and quite possibly it could go. Well we passed and the other someone made an offer. I kicked myself because I should have just said I'll take it. I checked numerous other sites and none came close to what Honda Cars of Bellevue was asking. Three days later I got a call from Tony saying it was available. I went down, spoke with Tony and sealed the deal. Not only was Tony great, Sheryl was also great with finishing up the paperwork. Thank you to both. Many people have bad experiences with car dealerships and their aggressive staff. This is not the case with Honda Cars of Bellevue. They will definitely be my first choice if I have to look again. More

Happy Customers Without a doubt, a Honda is the car to drive. So safe and reasonably priced. I was recently in a hit and run car accident and my 2008 Honda Accord ( Without a doubt, a Honda is the car to drive. So safe and reasonably priced. I was recently in a hit and run car accident and my 2008 Honda Accord (which I owned and had new tires) was totaled. The decision to look for another Honda was simple but where to find one? The previous Honda dealership was pushy, rude, and adamant that we purchase GAP insurance. That was a horrible experience that I was not looking to go through again. After countless hours of searching, my husband found a pre-owned 2009 Honda Accord advertised at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Using the the email option to correspond with a sales person; Nolan was lucky enough to work with us :) His follow up was not pushy or annoying. Customer Service also followed up with us to ensure that Nolan had made contact. Each time we arrived at Honda (4 times in all), Nolan and Tony greeted us by name. Both were always friendly and never pushy. Although we tried to negotiate any even lower price that what we finally agreed on, we did feel they offered us a fair price. Tari completed the sale with the paperwork and explained our warranty options in a polite, pressure free manner. Overall, purchasing a car at Honda cars of Bellevue was an extremely enjoyable experience. All Honda dealerships are not the same. Not all Honda dealerships are the same. If you are looking for vehicle I would recommend Nolan, Tony and Tari at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Worth the drive! More

We have been buying new cars from Honda Cars Of Bellevue for years, and have always had a great experience. They have been fair, respectful, accommodating and reasonable. We have been through that process with our last three vehicles. In the near future we plan on making another purchase, and will only consider Honda Cars Of Bellevue. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we enjoyed working with him. From the first time on the phone, to the moment we drove away in our new van, he worked to get us a good deal and to make sure we working with him. He seems to enjoy his work, to really like and trust Honda vehicles, and his attitude is contagious. As far as we can tell, Tony is a man of integrity, and that is very important in today's world of auto sales. The reason we did not rate the overall experience a "5" was because of a mistake with our title. Instead of admitting the mistake upfront and apologizing for it, someone tried to hide it by saying our check took a long time to clear. We could see by our account this was not true, as our check cleared within 24 hours. Mistakes happen; we're all human, but we don't appreciate someone trying to cover it up. Employees in accounting were responsible for this, and none of this had anything to do with Tony. We do NOT blame Tony nor hold him accountable for this mistake. More
