Is it nuts to be crazy about your car. ..AND crazy about the dealership you got it from? Then consider me crazy because I'm a huge fan of Culver City Volvo! Not only am I impressed by the deal Arlene was able to make with us for an XC90 T8, i'm also impressed by the whole teams high level of customer service and interpersonal skills. I don't always feel comfortable when car shopping and this was such a pleasant experience, I never felt pressured at all (which I am used to feeling during car shopping). I honestly didn't think I'd ever be able to drive a car like this, but Arlene helped me get into an XC90 T8 and my jaw is on the floor! I'm obsessed and so thankful for her help. Arlene, Bryant, and Tony are all amazing, honest and kind. Bryant delivered the car to us in the pouring rain, and couldn't have been more kind and helpful, teaching us all the ins and outs. I highly recommend calling this dealership before you get your next car, as they may just get you a better deal and a nicer car. (we actually never even stepped foot in the dealership; a friend recommended Arlene and we called her up and did the deal from home, since we don't live nearby) 5 stars! Thank you thank you!! More
