He even gave us an accurate quote on our trade in, so that when we arrived in person, everything was ready to go and exactly as promised. We were in and out of the dealership (including trading in our old car and driving off in our new XC40) within 2 hours. Such a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More
