Because of this pleasant contact with Hyundai and Earnhardt, I return to this dealership on December 1 to firm up the specific product, Santa Fe GLS, and to set a no-later-than delivery date. Tony was on vacation but Paulo Telles was available to answer the specifics I needed to make my final decision. Again what a pleasant surprise. Another great professional. Although, the required model and trim was not on site, Paulo was able find the specified GLS at another site and have it available within an hour or so. I had not planned on purchasing it that day, but with such great service, I drove off with a 2014 Santa Fe GLS that afternoon. I can highly recommend both Earnhardt Hyundai and Paulo and Tony. Amazing! From the time my son and I walked in the front door to the time he drove his "new/used" car off the lot, our experience was amazing.
