Incredible! Better than every dealer I went to! My mom and I went to multiple dealerships over the course of a week and a half and this was by far the BEST one. We were given great service and even My mom and I went to multiple dealerships over the course of a week and a half and this was by far the BEST one. We were given great service and even offered drinks when walking through the door. We worked with Julian Foldes, who was absolutely amazing. He was able to work within our budget and help us find a car that we absolutely loved. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly honest, patient, and kind. He was not pushy in any way and was eager to show us the carfax for the vehicles we were interested in. I also personally enjoyed the mini stories he shared as well as the friendliness of the coworkers at the surrounding desks (like Tony Wahl, who was hilarious). My mom and I spent half a day at the dealership picking out our car (because we had a lot to look at on our list), but the time passed quickly because everything we experienced made it all very enjoyable. We also worked with a great man in finance, but I can't remember his name (I want to say it was Dean). Thank you Earnhardt Hyundai!!! More

They were very respectful and treated me like an intelligent person. No one talked down to me,.every salesman I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel coerced. They allowed me to make the decision on my own in my own time frame. There was no.." You have to decide today ". I would highly recommend this dealership and all the sales people I encountered to all my friends, especially my female friends who are buying a car alone. I want to especially thank Paulo who patiently introduced me to all the nuances of my new vehicle , and to Tony who patiently took me out on three test drives. Heath in finance was also vey helpful in making the whole experience positive. More

We could not be more pleased by how we were treated from the first initial contact with Tony Whal through the financing and delivery of our vehicle. We were warmly welcomed after a horrible experience at Carmax. Tony Wahl assured us that they would remain open so we could see the vehicle just before the 9:00pm closing time. We arrived shortly prior to closing. Loved the vehicle, & we were offered a better interest rate than the pre-approval we brought in with us. No "high pressure" tactics from any associates. The next time we are in the market for another automobile - my FIRST call will be back to Tony! More

Responsive Professional Attitude and Knowledge Tony worked through the numbers we negotiated and he always came back with an understanding of where I wanted to go. He was deliberate but I never felt he was "over-selling" or pushing me to go where he could just "get a sale". I felt comfortable after a few rounds of negotiating and I came away with a car I truly feel comfortable with. Buying a car is no easy task and has too many danger pits. Tony made sure he understood what I was looking for and that I understood what I was leasing. I actually never felt pressured as I have at times over the 50 years I've been buying cars. Ian was no different. He clearly explained the lease and preventive maintenance agreements. He understood that a new buyer or leaser has too much to grasp in one visit of 2 or 3 hours. When I had questions the next day after signing the lease, he explained in detail the answers to all my questions. Here's what I think in sum about these two men: they do their jobs extremely well while insuring the customer has every opportunity to receive what he wants and not get what he does not. Neither is pushy, neither talks down to you, neither rushes you to buy. I felt throughout this process that I could walk out the door with nothing and they would remain as friendly as they were during and after the actual sale. More

I never really considered Hyundai as the manufacturer of my next car, but after reading a few reviews and articles about the Genesis Coupe, I was intrigued. I have always been a Ford-,BMW-, Nissan-owner unt my next car, but after reading a few reviews and articles about the Genesis Coupe, I was intrigued. I have always been a Ford-,BMW-, Nissan-owner until now, and all of them I purchased used from the owner. I swore up and down I would never buy a car from a dealer. Thus, it's no surprise I was still a little skeptical when I found a good looking, pre-owned coupe online and listed by Earnhardt Hyundai. I happened to be in the area, so I stopped by Hyundai of North Scottsdale one sunny, winter day in 2014. I have to honestly say that from thereon, everything was a great experience (see my 1-5 ratings), and it all started once I shook Mr. Tony Wahl's hand just before the test drive of a 2011 Genesis Coupe Track with 19,000 miles. Now, I believe a dealership is just another dealership, if not for the people tasked to represent them at the front door. Mr. Wahl not only represents Hyundai well (I leaned much just listening to him in the car that I now own, and at his desk), but he also represents the human spirit admirably. The age-old stereotype of the untrustworthy, sketchy, and even boring car salesman end abruptly at the tip of Mr. Walhs shoes. His knowledge, charisma, humor, and innate ability to earn your respect rule behind the button-up shirt, mustache, sincere grin. I have no regrets; I got a good deal; a great car, and perhaps better yet, a 'guy' in the car business that I can easily recommend to my friends, family, and even strangers. If you are looking for a new, or even a new-to-you car, don't miss introducing yourself to Mr. Wahl. What do you have to loose, but a rememberable car-buying experience, and a few great stories from an upstanding man. More
