I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR, FAR AWAY FROM JOE BOWMAN AUTO! I finally found a truck that matched what i was looking for. I am from out of the state and had questions regarding my new/ used truck. BOWMAN AUTO! I finally found a truck that matched what i was looking for. I am from out of the state and had questions regarding my new/ used truck. They sold it to me telling me that everything"Looks Great". However, on my trip back home 600 miles away, I noticed that the running step was rusted. Once I got home I noticed the ENTIRE undercarriage was completely rusted. I called Tony immediately and he said "we will take care of it". I got two quotes and 14 pics. Both shops said the rust damage is" moderate to severe". I called once the quotes were sent. Their response "oh, we would never cover those cost". 2K needed for a truck with 24K miles on it. They sold this KNOWING the rust damage was there. The day i came in, they did a recall check, one of the parts that had to be replaced was under the car in the frame. They will intentionally do what they can to sell you something broken. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JOE BOWMAN AUTO. More

Without us asking, they moved the truck that night and let us know was there that morning. Had everything ready as I was out of town for work. When I got there that evening, we bought the truck.
