My appointment was in am 930 so I left the car overnight to be sure it could get in and done by noon. O spacificly spoke to a women re the need for the car by noon if possible .I called at 11ish the car wa to be sure it could get in and done by noon. O spacificly spoke to a women re the need for the car by noon if possible .I called at 11ish the car was not done,the staff thought there was no time contraint.Then I was told a part would need to be ordered for my Driver side seat warmer.Never heard from you guys. More

Matthew’s Nissan did our regular maintenance, oil change and NYS Inspection. Put new batteries in the key fobs. You guys did a super job and treated us very well. Thank you very much. My request for Nissan is to update the tire pressure system to remember at least 8 Tire pressure sensors so we can easily change from summer to winter tires with 8 mounted tires without reprogramming sensors every time More
