Unfortunately, it felt like I was treated a bit differently—almost like a second-class customer—because I wasn’t buying a brand new vehicle. The attention and enthusiasm that I observed being shown to new car buyers just didn’t carry over to my experience. Buying a certified pre-owned car is still a significant investment, and I had hoped for a level of care and professionalism that reflected that.
