They have THE BEST customer service and dealership atmosphere I have ever come across. Tori was awesome for making sure we understood all features of our new car. Didn't feel like we were at a dealership, felt like we were hanging with friends just talking cars. Even people who weren't working with us ensured we didn't need anything during our time there. This was well worth the drive to Shelbyville for us! More

Easiest Car Buying Experience Tori and the rest of the Newton Nissan staff were great! I scheduled a test drive and walked out with a new car a couple of hours later, despite being Tori and the rest of the Newton Nissan staff were great! I scheduled a test drive and walked out with a new car a couple of hours later, despite being fairly unprepared to buy a car that day. I had to clean out my Jeep in the parking lot and come back to turn in the title and my down payment. They were understanding and very helpful! More

Because of this reason, I decided to visit the dealership with an intent to purchase a vehicle. Tori greeted me with a smile. She was energetic, she displayed her Southern Hospitality to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Because of Tori's support and patience I would return to the Newton Nissan Dealership and recommend this business to others.
