Service was fine, but the car wash was rehashed. The car had been washed the day prior and looked great when dropped off. When picked up, the car looked to be rinsed off and left to dry naturally. It had water spots all over, the rims had a coating of thick brake dust that had mixed with the water on the rims. Had to take it to a car wash to have it re-washed. More

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment to inspect my vehicle due to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours t to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours to do everything. I was there 3.5 hours and was then told in the video I was texted that they were out of the fuse kits; therefore, only addressed the engine light. In addition, nobody notified me when my vehicle was ready. I had to go out and find that out for myself in the parking lot. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional, but the speed of the service was very poor. More

Fantastic and friendly service. I had waited a little to long to get recalls done. There was alot to do, but they were very courteous and now my car is up to date and working. I am super happy. I spent 3 hours waiting on an oil change. I had to find my car to see if it was finished. Once I saw it was completed the associate that was helping me was too busy to get me checked out so the manager di my car to see if it was finished. Once I saw it was completed the associate that was helping me was too busy to get me checked out so the manager did. The car was not even washed. Custom service was terrible. More
