I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment to inspect my vehicle due to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours t to the check engine light coming on. I also was supposed to have an ABS fuse kit installed due to a safety recall. I was told it would take 3 hours to do everything. I was there 3.5 hours and was then told in the video I was texted that they were out of the fuse kits; therefore, only addressed the engine light. In addition, nobody notified me when my vehicle was ready. I had to go out and find that out for myself in the parking lot. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional, but the speed of the service was very poor. More

I spent 3 hours waiting on an oil change. I had to find my car to see if it was finished. Once I saw it was completed the associate that was helping me was too busy to get me checked out so the manager di my car to see if it was finished.
