I made an appointment due to an error message on my dashboard as well as to order a new key fob. Day of appointment I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would be in the following Wednesday. I asked for them to place the order for the key fob as well. The following wednesday I was not called. I waited until Friday to see if the part had come in. It was there and no one had attempted to contact me. I made another appointment to get the part installed. The day of installation I was told to wait at the shop as it would be a quick fix but they would let me know if it took longer. I ended up waiting at the shop 4 hours before demanding a rental for the day. I also inquired about the key fob order, which was met with an excuse that they needed to talk to management because companies had changed. Communication and customer service has been terrible. The car was finally fixed but now its 1 week later and I still am waiting to hear about the key fob replacement. More

The car was dropped off scratched free and also verified scratched free by service tech who inspected the vehicle before accepting the key. The scratch doesn't seem to be an expensive repair but done professionally is best recommended at any Hyundai body repair shop. More

The Service Team were awesome!! I was asked probably times if I had been helped, and I had but the notice is the important part! Rental Car area....not the same quality of service, and I was charged an times if I had been helped, and I had but the notice is the important part! Faten Dik really was amazing from start to finish, all started by me calling to make sure I didn't just drive to get service and it may have been very busy also to ask fact finding questions to be prepare started by me calling to make sure I didn't just drive to get service and it may have been very busy also to ask fact finding questions to be prepared for any financial responsibility. Faten was so professional starting over the phone to very polite keeping me informed of status and updates to the service provided for my vehicle, including ways to save in the future with providing email/sms/pamphlet of possibly qualifying for a credit card to keep up good service on my vehicle. She is thee best or shall I say the Greatest of all time. Yes period. More

Questionable Yes, with much hesitation. This was my first time getting service at this dealership; so, I am leaning towards giving it another try. But, it appears Yes, with much hesitation. This was my first time getting service at this dealership; so, I am leaning towards giving it another try. But, it appears that Tori was not honest in saying that washer fluid was added when I asked her. I tried to use it today and nothing came out. In addition, she advised that my car would be washed on the outside. That obviously did not happen as well. Finally, I asked that my windshield wipers be checked. No follow up on that request. Now I am wondering if the oil was actually changed as she said or if the sticker was just changed to reflect a new date. I felt that the service was completed much too quickly for everything to have been checked and corrected as necessary. That is why I questioned her. A feeling of confidence and believing that employees are acting in truth and integrity is paramount in determining whether customers become repeat customers or not. It is the little things that make the difference. My first impression was truly not a good one. More
