The dealership was clean, neat and busy. The busy part helped make our decision. Jeromy greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. The transition to a more experienced salesman, Ray, went smoothly. I was very happy with the test drive and Ray’s demeanor. He was patient and answered questions with confidence and knowledge. I attempted a lane change and another car moved into the same lane with no signal. I was forced to move back into my original lane with no problem. Ray remained as calm as a driver’s Ed teacher. The transition to the finance department wasn’t as smooth. I have no problem with her performance, but this is where we learned that two years of free maintenance on the dealership was not free. Be prepared for the additional sales pitch for add ons and additional warranty. More

First off Ben and Aubry are great. They worked hard and took great care of my wife and I when making a decision to purchase a Subaru Ascent. Ben kept in contact with me the entire time and Aubry had an open door policy if I needed any help or had questions. Torie was awesome. She made the entire process streamlined and simple. We didn't feel like we were tricked into anything extra and shr made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The staff is super friendly and amazing. Even when they are slammed they still took their time to make the process smooth snd great. I would recommend this dealer and their staff if your ever in the market for a new or used subaru. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet wrx forester. Maybe another time but the staff make even a long drive worth it. More
