I feel that I could pick up the phone and call him to help me buy another vehicle and it would be what I wanted and a price that I could agree with. I really cant say enough good things about all the staff that I interacted with. They were all so pleasant, professional and helpful. Can y'all buy a dealership in Granbury PLEASE!!!!??? All of them in G'bury are terrible. They do not care for their customers or build long term relationships like Torin achieved with me. More

I was so happy when I found out this is owned by the same lady. If I need a new vehicle, I'm coming back to Torin and Nissan or CP Toyota. I really can't say enough good about how everyone I spoke with was so pleasant!!!!!! I took my truck back in for a hitch to be installed. Again, everyone was pleasant and professional. More

The pros of this dealership is they had the perfect car and the salesman and finance manager were nice. The way they do business.. is another story. The car we purchased wasn’t at the lot and we were told and the salesman and finance manager were nice. The way they do business.. is another story. The car we purchased wasn’t at the lot and we were told different information about when we could expect it being delivered. It came with a crack in the windshield - when we got the car the next night, we’re were told it was already scheduled for replacement. It wasn’t. The 3rd party vendor was on vacation for a week and still has yet to reach out to us. It didn’t have floor mats. The tags were expired when we went to pick it up. I LOVE THE CAR and happy we got it. Not so satisfied about the process. More
