We flew down from Colorado to DFW we were picked up by our sales person Toro We recently purchased a new 2018 F-250 Super Duty Platinum sight unseen. We flew down from Colorado to DFW we were picked up by our sales person Toronto Spikes, drove to the dealership, inspected and test drove the truck, filled out the expedited paperwork, handed over a check and, with a full tank of gas, were on our way in less than two hours. Oh, that included a review of all the features on the truck. Why, you say, travel that far from home. Simple, no dealer in Colorado had a better price nor the features we wanted. And the dealership had an excellent rating so we were confident in all that they told us and believe me we had lots of questions. Quality sales service, significant price savings, customer support and friendly staff. — What more could you want? More

He went and work up some pricing for us and contacted us right back. We live an hour away from the dealership but decided to make the drive. When we arrived the first thing we seen was Toronto had already pulled the truck up to the front door for us. Toronto showed us around the truck then we went inside to look at the numbers again...Needless to say we bought the truck. Toronto made every step very convenient which streamlined the process. Great sales person!! I will say that everyone we met in the dealership bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Great Experience! Denise Wolfe in the Aftermarket Accessories Department handled my bed liner install a few days later. She knew I was coming from an hour away so she expedited the install and got me in and out in 2 hours. Wow! More

2016 Lincoln MKX purchase experience "Outstanding" customer experience and service. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted to purchase prior to my initial visit to Bill Utt "Outstanding" customer experience and service. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted to purchase prior to my initial visit to Bill Utter Ford. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by sales adviser Toronto Spikes and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase was currently being processed to another buyer pending financing approval. Though disappointing Toronto took my name and number should the deal fall through. Too my surprise he called me the very next afternoon that the vehicle I wanted became available. I immediately acted on the call and we completed the deal that same afternoon. Since the vehicle was a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was Valentine's Day I scored major points when she first saw the Lincoln MKX. My wife even noted what great people we encountered at the dealership. This is the way a vehicle purchase experience should occur. More
