Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by sales adviser Toronto Spikes and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase was currently being processed to another buyer pending financing approval. Though disappointing Toronto took my name and number should the deal fall through. Too my surprise he called me the very next afternoon that the vehicle I wanted became available. I immediately acted on the call and we completed the deal that same afternoon. Since the vehicle was a Valentine's gift for my wife and it was Valentine's Day I scored major points when she first saw the Lincoln MKX. My wife even noted what great people we encountered at the dealership. This is the way a vehicle purchase experience should occur. More

I felt the deal I got was fair to both parties with no misrepresentations, an important if not essential part of a good sales experience. Toronto was prompt (as I was 1/2 hour late for our meeting) and personable. The test drive was low key (no pressure) and all questions were answered. The only flaw was the time it took to complete paperwork, post sales (extended warrantees, vehicle tracker, etc.) and to top off the gas tank. More

I give him more than five stars. He was honest, professional and courteous. He even went out of his way to call me after he had left the dealership from his home to make sure everything was finalized, before driving out to Dallas. He went above and beyond. He made buying our truck quick and painless. He gave us the best price with out so much back and forth.
