I feel that the best way to do business is to treat everyone like family, so when you comes to buying a car I want to make sure your family will be taken care of before and after the sale. when I am not selling cars I like to mountain bike, snowboard, paint, and spend time with the family.

No hassel in buying a car Toua Yang was great to work with. I am Female senior citizen and Toua made me feel welcome. He answered all my questions and we out to the Camry to Toua Yang was great to work with. I am Female senior citizen and Toua made me feel welcome. He answered all my questions and we out to the Camry to explain every. Ithing to me, He even help set my phone . I will tell all my friends that are looking for a Veh to call Him. Toua thank you for having so much patience with me The only thing I was unhappy with is when I went to pick up my floor mates is there was only one person working and three others sitting there, I know it is not there' job to do customer service but it would be nice if they could at least acknowledge that you are there More

No Worry, Just a little Patient. I like Brookdale Luther Toyota because it is the closest Toyota dealer by me.Toua Yang was a great help. Very knowledgeable about all of toyota cars. I like Brookdale Luther Toyota because it is the closest Toyota dealer by me.Toua Yang was a great help. Very knowledgeable about all of toyota cars. The only downfall was that luther did not give my car the trade in value that it is worth. .but besides that thank you Toua for you're help! More

Oil Cheange Bought my car at Brookdale in 2011. All maintenance has been done at this location. Called for an oil change and they couldn't find my history after t Bought my car at Brookdale in 2011. All maintenance has been done at this location. Called for an oil change and they couldn't find my history after trying my home phone, cell phone and then my name - then I was hung up on. Called back and this new person found me quickly but still took too long to schedule a oil change...too many questions More

Love this dealership! My husband and I have both bought and leased cars for Luther and had them serviced there. I can't imagine buying from anyone else. While my car is being serviced I can enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea and sit in a little booth and work or read. We have never had a problem with any of the service we've had done at Luther. More
