No hassel in buying a car Toua Yang was great to work with. I am Female senior citizen and Toua made me feel welcome. He answered all my questions and we out to the Camry to Toua Yang was great to work with. I am Female senior citizen and Toua made me feel welcome. Toua thank you for having so much patience with me The only thing I was unhappy with is when I went to pick up my floor mates is there was only one person working and three others sitting there, I know it is not there' job to do customer service but it would be nice if they could at least acknowledge that you are there More

No Worry, Just a little Patient. I like Brookdale Luther Toyota because it is the closest Toyota dealer by me.Toua Yang was a great help. Very knowledgeable about all of toyota cars. Oil Cheange Bought my car at Brookdale in 2011. All maintenance has been done at this location. Called for an oil change and they couldn't find my history after t Bought my car at Brookdale in 2011. All maintenance has been done at this location. Called for an oil change and they couldn't find my history after trying my home phone, cell phone and then my name - then I was hung up on. Called back and this new person found me quickly but still took too long to schedule a oil change...too many questions More
