Perfect in and out and car washed too! I bought my Sienna from Tuo in 2008 at Luther Brookdale Toyota. I have gone nowhere else for maintenance. It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Informing me know the out the door cost up front was a plus. Also showing me the actual cabin filter, asking me whether I would prefer it changed for $60.00(ouch) LOL. But I choose to do so anyhow as long as I was there. Seriously though, the Luther family really trains their staff to treat everyone respectfully. I can remember when both Steve and Duane were young and they are both still their. That say's a lot as well. More

20 years of excellent Service Over the years, I have purchased and owned 3 Toyota 4 Runners all from Brookdale Toyota. I have also continued to use their maintenance services. Even Over the years, I have purchased and owned 3 Toyota 4 Runners all from Brookdale Toyota. I have also continued to use their maintenance services. Eventually the service representatives became good friends and when service was needed they know my records and made recommendations that were practical for my car usage. Sometimes the recommendations were less than those suggested by Toyota. Through this process, I developed a respect for their knowledge and typically authorized them to proceed as they stated. Keith Kihle was the representative that sold me my 2013 4 Runner. He was helpful, courteous and pleasantly assisted with my concerns. When it came time to purchase a new car for my wife, we contacted Keith directly. He worked with us to provide the car we wanted at a reasonable price. We then purchased the 2018 RAV4 the same day. Out of Warranty Help We bought a used car from a dealership for the first time a little over a month ago. Toua Yang from Luther Brookdale Toyota sold us a 2010 RAV4. I We bought a used car from a dealership for the first time a little over a month ago. Toua Yang from Luther Brookdale Toyota sold us a 2010 RAV4. I just want to take a moment to share our experience working with them. Toua and his coworkers were patient and answered a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process. The cigarette lighter outlet wasn't working (we found out a few days after buying the car) but it was covered under warranty. That and a (probably) preexisting minor cosmetic issue were fixed for free with no questions asked. Shortly after the car was out of warranty the AC began acting up. (On Tuesday it was blowing out really hot air) I made an appointment with the service department and contacted Toua (who sold me the car). We spoke on the phone briefly and also exchanged a few texts. He pulled some strings and the service department tested my refrigerant levels, filled it (it was slightly low), ran dye through it, and gave our car a car wash, all for free. Working with a dealership is intimidating and buying a used car from a dealership is something that our culture has taught us to fear. I just wanted to say that I appreciate Toua and all he's done with me and for me through this process. If you're thinking about buying a car, I had a great experience with this guy. More
