I would give a lower rating if I could. Toyota of Hollywood advertised the interior and exterior colors I wanted along with many options I really wanted. I was told over the phone the car w Toyota of Hollywood advertised the interior and exterior colors I wanted along with many options I really wanted. I was told over the phone the car was not at the dealership but I could come in and give a deposit. When we arrived we were met by Eduardo and told the vehicle was a month out but you had others we could look at. When I expressed no interest in what you had, I was told the vehicle I wanted was sold. I was then told you could get another in approximately two weeks. I put down $500. When the vehicle did come in - a month later - it just happened to have the same VIN as the one advertised on your website -the car I was told was no longer available. It did not have the digital rear view mirror or panoramic roof or paint protection that were supposed to be included. These options were all listed on your website and on the paperwork given to me by your sales person. The VIN is also on the paperwork. While waiting for the vehicle to come in the parts department was advertising a 20% discount. I told Eduardo there were several things I would like to purchase and I gave him a list. He told me he would check with parts. He got back to me and advised that the discount only applied with installation. I said that would be fine. After the 20% off ended Eduardo advised me I needed to come in before the sale ended and pay in person. I would have been happy to do so had I been informed. Also, your trade-in value offer on the website is a total scam. I was offered roughly 2/3 of what your website said you would give. I was told the offer did not come from Toyota of Hollywood even though the offer came from your website with a check preprinted Toyota of Hollywood on it. I chose to not accept your scam offer and not trade in my car. After the trade ordeal, I really just wanted to leave. It was not until I got home that I realized that the mirror was not digital. I went back to look at the paperwork to make sure it said digital mirror and realized the moon roof was supposed to be a panoramic roof. I contacted Eduardo and he said I should come back and he would check out the mirror. He could not tell from the picture I sent whether the mirror was digital or not. I am now waiting for the refund for the roof and mirror. When I asked about the paint protection I was told the car doesn’t have it and we were not charged for paint protection even though the original paperwork shows paint protection included in the price we agreed to pay for the car. I will not be back to give Toyota of Hollywood any future business. I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. My buying experience was horrible. The car is nice and does have most of what I wanted. Not a great way to feel about spending $50000.00 Steve More
