Assembly line car sales. After you’ve signed on the dotted line they don’t care what happens. The salesman I dealt with (Robert Moldonado) actually said to me “customers are After you’ve signed on the dotted line they don’t care what happens. The salesman I dealt with (Robert Moldonado) actually said to me “customers are a pain in the xxx”. I should have run away then. I did buy a new car from them and one of the key fobs was missing. The other sales person I was dealing with (Leila Rhenai) told me they would overnight the key fob to me. After 2 days I had not received the key fob and phoned Robert and was told it was lost and they were looking for it. Both myself and my husband made repeated calls over the next few days (don’t expect them to call you back) and finally I was told I would have to return to the dealership to have a new one programmed. This is a SERIOUS inconvenience as I live 3 hours away. When I suggested that they contact the Toyota dealer 30 minutes from my house to work something out so that I could get my key fob there I was told they wouldn’t do that. Also, the car prep was the worst. They washed the car and that seems to be the extent of it (I found trash inside the car). That I might pass on but when I checked my tire pressures before I drove out of their parking lot I discovered they were all 10-15 lbs under the recommended air pressure settings. Service was closed so they couldn’t add air and Robert the salesman had the gall to tell me that once I started driving they would come up to the proper pressure. WOW- are you seriously going to lie to my face. So, after driving my car over 300 miles I was talking to someone who owns a race shop and he asked if I had checked my front springs. Evidently these cars are shipped with rubber blocks in between the spring coils and when car prep is done they are supposed to be removed. Yup- they were still there. As of this posting I have left several voicemails with the management team of Toyota of Hollywood but have had no response. Not surprising… My advice, don’t just walk away from this dealership- RUN. I’m certain there are other dealerships that have much more integrity. More

Horrible experience. My salesperson, Robert Moldanado, was on his phone the entire time. Showed little interest in anything I asked, drove my car like a crazy person with My salesperson, Robert Moldanado, was on his phone the entire time. Showed little interest in anything I asked, drove my car like a crazy person with no seatbelt, lost my drivers license, barked orders at me, provided only one key fob, pushed me from person to person creating chaos. I wanted to celebrate the purchase I have been worked so hard to afford but instead I left feeling unimportant and belittled. The finance team didn't explain anything, Tony laughed at me when I asked a question about the appraisal of my trade in. I came back to the dealership several times to look for my drivers license. No staff cared, got up to help, reached out to colleagues, or showed any concern. Perhaps they forgot what a nightmare the DMV is. The ONLY bright light in this entire experience is PATRICIA in service. I believe she works for Sonny? She was kind, informative, respectful of my time and answered all of my questions. I stopped by to see Bobby again and once again he was on his phone "getting money" from someone. Didn't care about my questions and I don't think he recognized me. I had my 2012 Prius for 13 years. I plan to have my RAV 4 for at least 10. I am the costumer. I have money to spend. I worked hard for this opportunity. The cost and negotiation is not the issue. The issue is human decency and I saw very little from the staff at Toyota of Hollywood FL. Again, Patricia is wonderful. However, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
