The service was ok. .. Mr. Blaschke gave me two recommendations I needed for my car but never told why I needed them.. so I declined. My maintenance sign came on my dash .. Mr. Blaschke gave me two recommendations I needed for my car but never told why I needed them.. so I declined. My maintenance sign came on my dashboard so I thought it was time for an oil change... also since the window sticker from the last visit indicated maintenance as well. Came in for an oil change but did not receive it. I guess because I did not reach the 15000 mileage yet but was never told that until I looked on the paperwork to see what was done to my car. I waited for 2.5 hrs to have my maintenance light reset. A waste of my time. Mr. Blaschke never informed me exactly what was done to my car. He just handed me my paperwork. More

First service advisor gave me an unrealistic estimate of time. Iwe were called up to the desk to check out then we were told that 3 more people were there to check in ahead of me checking out. The first person too almost 15 minutes to tell the advisor what they needed. I had surgery about a month ago and the advisor was aware. The second person was taking a long time so I just found another person who helped me to check out who was super nice. Would never go back to the first guy who may have been Mike More
