Today, I'm here to congratulate and thank Mr. Michael Jones, Assistant Service Manager of Toyota of Hollywood. Someone hit our passenger side rearview mirror, and it simply came off. My husband a Michael Jones, Assistant Service Manager of Toyota of Hollywood. Someone hit our passenger side rearview mirror, and it simply came off. My husband and I were afraid to try and reconnect it ourselves and risk breaking it, which is why we decided to go to Toyota. When my husband explained what had happened to Mr. Jones, he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to him, we didn't need to buy a new mirror because, with his kindness and precision, he put the mirror back in place for us. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Jones. From now on, he will definitely be my go-to person whenever another problem arises. More

They try to make you put more downpayment for the sales person to get a bonus. The first car I went to get literally broke down on me in 30 min of signing the paperwork. After that the car was deemed total person to get a bonus. The first car I went to get literally broke down on me in 30 min of signing the paperwork. After that the car was deemed totaled so they replaced it with another car that didn’t pass inspection and 2 cars later I got a Honda civic. The salesman that served me is a con artist. My first time at a dealership and was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything. Will never come back More

$69 for an oil change is ridiculous. The estimate for additional work also seems excessive. The employee was professional and courteous.
