What a pleasure was my first time getting a service done here. Dan was amazing extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He looked up my vehicle noticed that I was overdue for a cooling system fluid flush a here. Dan was amazing extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He looked up my vehicle noticed that I was overdue for a cooling system fluid flush as well. So I was able to get my oil service done as well tire rotation and the fluid flush I was in and out in two hours what a pleasure. More

They lost our keys! !!!! No-one spoke English, no-one cared! Brought car in for service… Service completed, we paid, then waited. Others who arrived after us got their ca !!!! No-one spoke English, no-one cared! Brought car in for service… Service completed, we paid, then waited. Others who arrived after us got their cars. We were repeatedly told to just wait. No-one would tell us why it was taking so long. Language was a serious barrier!No English! Phone calls to talk to a manager were sent to voicemail. Even phone receptionist couldn’t speak English. Over an hour later They admitted they lost our keys and we had to take a Lyft home. No-one apologized. We had also put down a deposit on a new car that day, but after this experience we will buy elsewhere. On Sunday tried to get our car after they found the keys. Service sent us to Cashier who didn’t have a clue, didn’t speak English. Sent us back to Service where someone checked the computer and got us our car. Still no-one seemed to care or apologize for our difficulties. More

Drew was very personable and efficient. My rating is based on the pricing of my panorama roof repair/ replacement. My roof on my 2021 Camry XSE wouldn’t close properly, leaving the driver’s My rating is based on the pricing of my panorama roof repair/ replacement. My roof on my 2021 Camry XSE wouldn’t close properly, leaving the driver’s side in the open position while the passenger side was closed. After 6 hours waiting for the repair to no avail I received the news it would have to be replaced. Total cost with parts, tax and installation it came to $11K. I understand there are expensive shipping costs involved, but think considering my situation I had no other choice than to go ahead with my panorama roof replacement. I thoroughly enjoy my car and would recommend it 100% to my friends, however the cost very disproportionate to the rest of my car value and even to my original purchase price. Drew was kind enough to give me a rental vehicle for the week I it took to replace. More
