So we were excited about DePaula Ford! We went with a list that they were able to pull those cars for us. We picked our car, salesman and finance were really helpful. We were in finance very long, when we were paying cash! When we went back to salesman, Hussain, he handed us the keys and said Good luck! He never went over how to use the car or set anything up for us. We had to get him outside so he could show us how to start the car. He showed us how to start and walked away. Not Good! More
