A very hard no nonsense worker to get your business and to close the opportunity before you go and check out the competition. She is fair and firm and explains why her way is the best for what she has to work with basing upon your needs and financial situation. She is definitely a team player she introduced me to Ken and Denise and they all played a part in closing the purchase. You know with all the construction I had to drive thru to go back to Walker and remembering Tracy as a fair and responsible sales manager to get what is usually an arm twisting negative experience, turned into an easy choice and within several hours the purchase was made. I have never been a big fan of car shopping but I found myself in a situation where I could either complete some costly repairs on my current vehicle or buy a new one. I decided to buy a new car and immediately thought of Tracy Affrunti. I have known Tracy for more than five years and she has earned my trust during that time. I knew she would be honest with me and fair. Even though Tracy doesn't technically 'sell' cars anymore she took time out of her very busy schedule and she was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I purchased a Ford Flex and, so far, I love it. She brought in Phil Massey toward the end of my purchase experience and Phil was great. He was very sweet with my daughter and was friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, the financing went smoothly thanks to Mickey. All in all, a great experience. I will recommend Walker Ford to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. More
