This is my 2nd time dealing with Tracy, and 3rd time dealing with Walker Ford. I have always had a great experience! I did go to a different Ford dealership prior to coming to Walker Ford this time arou dealing with Walker Ford. I have always had a great experience! I did go to a different Ford dealership prior to coming to Walker Ford this time around (due to the distance from my home), but they were not able to come close to the deal that we ended up getting with Walker Ford. I spoke w/ Tracy several times via e-mail and phone, and she was honest and upfront from the beginning. Which I greatly appreciate. When we walked into the dealership, nothing had changed from what we had discussed via email or over the phone to what was actually written on paper. You have a wonderful employee in Tracy! I can honestly say that I had a great experience, and look forward to dealing with Tracy and Walker Ford for any future vehicle purchases! Thank you so much!! I LOVE my 2013 Ford Fusion! More

We purchased a 2012 Ford Focus in July and had a great experience working with Tracy, Mickey and the entire Walker Ford Team. We love the Focus so much, we decided to buy a second one! This time, we wanted a specific combination of options on the car. Tracy worked tirelessly to try to find what we wanted in a 2012 out in the dealership world - she was successful though these options didn't work out for us. Instead, she helped us put together option packages on a 2013. We got exactly what we wanted in a new model for a very similar price. Tracy walked us through the entire process, giving us weekly updates on the order, production, shipping, and finally - delivery of our new car. We are so excited, we can't stop arguing over who gets to drive the new - new car! We are grateful to Tracy for her patience and Mickey for his knowledge of the contract and financing process. We are really going to miss our weekly updates from Tracy - she's just like part of the family. We tell everyone about our experiences at Walker. We definitely recommend Tracy and Walker Ford to our family and friends. More

I have purchased Ford trucks almost my entire driving life and, except for a short lapse in judgement where I bought a Ranger, these have all been F150 Crew Cabs. The quality of the F150 is simply amazing and continues to improve exponentially. I have also dealt exclusively with Walker Ford now for about twenty years, using both Tracy Affrunti and Brad Bryan. You could not find better representatives for the dealership or the Ford brand. There is no pressure to purchase unwanted/unnecessary items, the interaction is relaxed yet professional, and I am remembered from visit to visit. They are prepared for my visit(s) and there is no need to shuttle from one office to the next to meet with other staff members. I feel I am genuinely valued as a return customer and that my time is recognized as precious. It is also refreshing that Tracy can point out and explain any and all new model features, as well as speak to general industry trends. I will continue to patronize Walker Ford and tell others about my positive experiences. More

Denise was very nice and helped me arrange to have my windows tinted at a time that was most convenient for me and not necessarily for them. Brett handled my financing and did so in a very professional manner. He offered me several options and helped me to understand those options. I am so very glad that I went to Walker Ford for my new Ford Fusion. I just love it! Everyone there was friendly and I drove away feeling like I had become a part of the Walker Ford Family. I would of loved to have met Mr. Walker just to let him know how his employees had made me feel. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was so good.
