The entire staff at Walker Ford is to be commended for their professional and personable manner. A friend of mine is a retired Ford Motor Company Employee. He suggested that I might want to take a look at the new Fords. If I was interested, he could arrange for me to receive a pin number that Employee. He suggested that I might want to take a look at the new Fords. If I was interested, he could arrange for me to receive a pin number that would allow me to particapate in the X-Plan purchase of a new vehicle. In addition he recomemended Walker Ford and provided me with Salesperson Tracy Affrunt,s name and contact number. I was mainly interested in the Taurus. During the many hours of face to face research of just about all of the different add ons, accessories and on vehicle equipment, I found Tracy to be a true professional and very knowledgeable person. We exchanged emails, telephone calls, a like vehicle short test drive and also a couple of IT lessons to an electronically challenged senior citizen. She was gracious, personable and courteous at all times. The purchase of my Taurus Limited was a good experience and I look forward to some additional help as needed on getting me up to speed on some of the electronic features in order for me to fully realize the capabilities of my truly beautiful car.
