My overall experience with Walker Ford was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Tracy Affrunti helped me with anything and everything when I went there. A friend recommended me to Walker Ford. I took a chance and drove over an hour to the Walker Ford. It was well worth the trip. Tracy was great and we first talked on the phone about what I was looking for and drove over an hour to the Walker Ford. It was well worth the trip. Tracy was great and we first talked on the phone about what I was looking for. She gave me a few suggestions and e-mailed me pictures and information. After I narrowed down my choice I decided to go to the dealership to look at the vehicle in person. Tracy was off but came in for me anyway and was extremly nice and very knowledgeable. No games, no 12 hour day to get the vehicle I wanted. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and I decided to finance with Ford and took application home. Filled it out at home, scanned it and e-mailed it to Tracy. When the app was approved and all numbers were agreed upon (all through e-mail) I picked a time I could go up there. When I got there my vehicle was cleaned and gased and waiting for me. I was there maybe an hour just to sign the papers and go over a few details about the vehicle. Mickey took care of me in Finance and was very nice and helpful. Even when I went in and walked up to the front desk asking for Tracy, the receptionist greeted me and was very pleasant and helpful. I bought the vehicle for my son and it was a surprise for him. So, Tracy took extra time after he got the vehicle to talk with him over the phone and walk him through the options on the vehicle. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. I would strongly recommend Walker Ford and Tracy Affrunti to anyone!!!! More

The entire staff at Walker Ford is to be commended for their professional and personable manner.
