Since moving to River Falls, five years ago, Hudson Chrysler has serviced my vehicles and the people I have interacted with have been very good. I have not had anything serious that has needed to be done with the exception of a start/stop issue on my Jeep Cherokee. That problem was fixed but I had to go back because it was still not right, in my eyes. The problem was not the repair but the lack of knowing it would take a couple days to charge and learn. The service managers were very accommodating through that little incident. The service people should have explained that to me BUT it is an issue that is not very common and I don't think that part was known to the particular service manager. Now he knows... More
