Worst dealership experience in two decades This is one of those bait & switch dealerships you should avoid at all costs. They lied to us about getting 12 free oil changes (we found out when we This is one of those bait & switch dealerships you should avoid at all costs. They lied to us about getting 12 free oil changes (we found out when we showed up for our first oil change that we received zero, despite the salesman telling us otherwise). They had us sign the paperwork to buy the vehicle so they would meet their monthly quota, but then wouldn't let us take the vehicle that night because there was a second person on the cashiers check who was not physically present. As cash buyers it still took over 2 hours just to get this done, only to not take the vehicle home. Tracey was a nightmare to deal with who couldn't give us a straight answer on anything, their finance manager was AWFUL. They ended up having us drive our "dangerous" vehicle (their words) home that night despite having signed the purchase agreement. A tire went flat 6 days after purchasing, to which they charged us $55 to seal it (brand new tire was $70 on tirerack). I was sent a survey, to which I answered everything honestly. I then received several scathing communications from their sales manager accusing me of all sorts of dishonesty. We now drive 20 minutes further away to go to a different dealer for recall work etc., I wouldn't go back here if they gave me a free vehicle! Ok, not quite true, but short of a free car, nothing would get me to this dealership again. More

Incorrect information I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Hau I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Haul would be cheaper than through the dealer. U-Haul couldn't install the hitch due to some sensors on the back of the vehicle and I needed one put on fast. I spoke with the General Manager, Alex Irlin about my issue and asked if they could honor the price from U-Haul and he refused and told me it would cost over $700 at their cost, which is funny because when I called their Parts and Service Dept, I was quoted $699 retail. I ended our conversation feeling very unappreciated as a recent customer and once the sale was complete, I didn't matter anymore. More

The service folks said they would do their best and my car was ready before the earliest estimate they had given me by 45 minutes. The work is done right and well. More
