Once again, thank you for contacting us and allowing the Frank Myers Auto Maxx Team the opportunity to offer you a resolution. While I'm not sure why you continue to have problems with your vehicle, what I can do is assure you that we will do the right thing and these issues you've mentioned will be resolved. The good news is that your vehicle is Certified, it has the remainder of the factory warranty PLUS it has the Lifetime Engine Warranty that we gave you at the time of purchase. PLUs I'm assuming you received the DVD player that you requested for your Caliber? If not, please let me know and I will expedite that for you. While no one has a crystal ball to determine if a vehicle will give problems in the future, I am confident that you will not continue to have a "project car with revolving problems" once we take care of the small issues that you are currently having. If you are still unhappy and choose not to keep the car, please let me know and we will do whatever we need to do to trade you out of the Caliber and into a vehicle you and your family are more satisfied with. It is also a possibility that your finance company will offer a substitution of collateral. Just let me know the direction you want to take and we will take it. In closing, please know that everyone at the dealership would like to "thank you" for protecting our Nation by being an Operation Iraqi Freedom vet. When my Great Grandfather started the first Frank Myers store more than 80 years ago, he understood the importance of the American Dream (since our ancestors are from Germany). With that being said, it would be my desire to sit down face to face and come to a mutual understanding on how to move forward with you. Thank you for your response. I appreciate your willingness to sit down and try to work this out. I am confident that we can achieve some type of resolution. Please tell me when it is best for you to visit the dealership. Even though I am out of the office quite a bit, I will do what it takes to accomodate my schedule/travel plans to speak with you. Also, you called and left me a message today concerning the jack that you ordered and the reimbursement of your warranty deductible. While I would like to speak with you about this, you didn't leave me your phone number. I also wanted to check to see if you recieved the DVD players and the owners manual that you asked for? Truthfully, it is very hard for me to contact your dealership and talk to your team knowing what all we have been put through. I am at a loss of words still. My fiance will call you tomarrow (wednesday) around 4:00pm to schedule a time for us to come in and talk. You have no idea how much pain this has put us through, and the amount of time we have lost. But, I would still like to sit down and talk with you as I said to give you the chance to make us "frank myers believers." Thanks, Daniel

6-11-10 To my surprise Tracy Myers did what he said and took the car back and let us pick another. (gave us 15,000 which was the price of the car we bought) I made the classic mistake of buying a car without getting it checked by a mechanic first. But, at the same time they were selling a car with alot of problems. All in all, I dont think frank myers auto is out to screw anyone. Just like any dealership you buy from the car needs to be checked first. Tracy thank you for making this right you really helped us alot. My family appreciates it and we are now very satisfied with our new car. I simply could not stop until it was fixed and make sure I didnt loose 7,000 (my trade in value on my truck) Im sure the first car we were sold wouldn't last 40,000 miles. All in all, thanks for the help finding a solution to our problem and if I know anyone who needs your help getting a car I will refer them. Sincerely, Daniel
