He discussed our needs and set us up for test drive. He understood that we were not going to make a decision that day.We returned the next day with our trade in and took another test drive of a slightly different model. Negotiations followed. We left happy with the car we first drove. TRACY followed up several times by email. Overall a good experience. More

Didn't buy but loved my saleperson! I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a rev I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a review. Tracy was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, charming and professional. I had been to several other car dealers that day (and in the previous 3 weeks while looking for a new car) and was just shocked at how poor the salesmanship was. So many didn't seem to even like their product and couldn't seem to care less whether I bought a car from them. Not so with Tracy! He really loves his product, knows about it, and is eager to find out if there is something he doesn't know. He was able to tell me about all the features of the car on our test drive which was very helpful and not what I experienced any where else (except at Martin Honda). His excitement about the car was contagious and I got excited about the prospect of owning another Mazda (I used to own one about 13 years ago and loved it - my daughter is STILL driving it today with well over 100,000 miles on it!). I wish I could have bought 2 cars and one would have been a Mazda from Tracy!! I will tell anyone I know who is looking to go to Martin Mazda and ask for Tracy! A wonderful experience and a great salesperson! More

Positive experience with Tracy Thompson I was torn between the Hyundai Sonata and the Honda Accord and while I eventually chose the Sonata, my experience at Martin Mazda was nothing but posi I was torn between the Hyundai Sonata and the Honda Accord and while I eventually chose the Sonata, my experience at Martin Mazda was nothing but positive. I originally went in there a few months ago wanting to check out the Mazda 6 and Accord. Tracy Thompson was my salesman and from Day 1, he displayed courtesy, knowledge of the vehicles, and understanding. It took me a few months to reach a decision, simply because I was in no rush to get a new car and some unexpected events came up in that time. During the whole time, Tracy walked that fine line between being too aggressive and not showing any interest in his customers. I checked out several dealerships, and every one else was one or the other. If Tracy was unable to answer any questions, he would get the answer for me and I appreciated the fact that he was very patient in letting me take my time and never got frustrated with not making "the sell". I've never sold cars before, but I have worked strictly on commission, so I know how tough it can be. If in the future, I decide to look at Mazda's or Honda's, I will definitely look up Tracy Thompson. I recommend him to anyone shopping at any of the Martin dealerships. More
