BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I’ve been getting my 4Runner serviced at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge for years (great service department!), but have never purchased a vehicle at B I’ve been getting my 4Runner serviced at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge for years (great service department!), but have never purchased a vehicle at Bredemann until this weekend. Wonderful experience – spoke in advance of my visit to the dealership to Dave Lurie, who provided price information on 2018 RAV4s. From the time I walked into the Bredemann dealership, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Was not pushed into buying more vehicle than I wanted and could afford, and did not feel rushed to make a decision despite the fact that the dealership was busy with many other customers. All of my questions were answered, and I felt that Dave was working in my best interest – making sure I knew all of the key features of the 2 models of RAV4s that I was reviewing (LE and XLE), price differences, color availability. Got a fair price for my trade-in, plus Customer Cash. This is a great time to buy a 2018 vehicle, as it’s the model year end. Everybody on the sales floor at Bredemann was friendly and helpful, and I actually enjoyed my time at this dealership. Not the usual ‘swimming with the sharks’ feeling that you get at many other dealerships. Dave worked to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted for a very fair price, and Tran Nguyen (Business Manager) walked me through all of the financial details in a thorough and helpful manner. This was a large purchase for me and the first time I’ve purchased a car on my own. Bredemann Toyota exceeded my expectations of how I would be treated at a car dealer. After many negative car buying experiences in the past, this was a very refreshing change. Would definitely buy a car from Bredemann again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy a vehicle from Bredemann! I will admit my father was more involved during the leasing process, which was my initial visit, but once my lease was up I returned by myself to purchase. I never thought I’d truly enjoy the process of buying a car, but I did. I must also admit, I received a lot of advice and guidance prior to my visit which led me to expect that I would somehow feel taken advantage of or misled at some point of this whole process. I can honestly say I felt the opposite. Gene was wonderful in assisting my dad and me when I leased my Rav4 a few years ago. So much so that I returned for his assistance in my purchase once my lease was expiring recently. He was very patient and extremely helpful with weighing my options to find exactly what I was looking for - which happened to be the same car I leased but in a different color! Tran was also exceptionally wonderful while assisting with the finalization of the purchase. I really felt like he was on my team and did all that he could do to make everything work out the best that it could for me. Overall, not only has my experience with the Rav4 been outstanding, it wouldn’t be at all possible with the outstanding team at Bredemann Toyota. More

Since I live in Michigan, we were a little concerned about buying a car from out of state but my fears were soon put to ease after we walked in the door and found that we were in good hands. We met and worked with Syed Hussain. Syed is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very conscientious. Syed's integrity was very evident and he certainly went the extra mile to give great customer service; we would highly recommend Syed and Bredemann to any people we know searching for a car.
