Will definitely buy from here again! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Arnie, Steve, and Tran during our purchase at Bredemann Toyota. We purchased a new 2017 Highlander, whi My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Arnie, Steve, and Tran during our purchase at Bredemann Toyota. We purchased a new 2017 Highlander, which has treated us great in the first week of using it. My past experiences of working with dealers made me believe all are solely focused on the sale and not the experience or service side of it. That is no longer the case as we were in an out in under a couple hours and everyone we worked with were extremely personable and helpful. Thanks again! Thanks to Katie Bredemann as well, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience at her family dealership was the best. More

Our sales representative Paul Costouros guided us and never pressured us to a sale. We came out well informed about the car buying process and elated with out purchase of a 2017 Rav4 SE. The buying process was easy and clear every step of the way. Tran Nguyen our financial rep had us laughing and smoothed any bumps or any worries we might have had. I got the red truck (but now I see them everywhere!!) I haven't had a bad experience at Bredemann Toyota since I've been coming here these past 3 years. I wanted to wait until I had 500 miles on the new car to post a review. So here it goes: Car buying is stressful enough, without the added pressures of the sales people. I visited 2 different dealers, one of which was perfectly fine (but a little out of my price range), the other bombarded me with calls and text. I decided to come back to Bredemann because I really liked the Highlander, the quality of service I had every time I came in, you get more for your dollar with a Toyota and the friendly sales personnel. This is my second Highlander and I love it! I actually went a step down, from the Limited to the XLE AWD. This model has more options than the Limited AND better gas mileage. The only thing I miss are the vented, air-cooled front seats! I was leasing my last Highlander, and the lease was coming to an end. I stopped in a few months before, to get the ball rolling. I was hoping to work with Dave Lurie again, but he was on extended medical leave. I worked with Barry King (Dave's partner), to get things going. Barry was very helpful in helping me narrow down what model and color I wanted. However, I opted to wait until Dave got back to work to complete the deal. I wanted the Ooh La La Rouge Mica (that's burgundy for us common folks), since all you see on the road are black, silver, and the dark grey. They had 2 on the lot, but they both had beige interior, which I didn't care for. Dave went out of his way to locate the truck, which was still being built. Since I had time left on the lease, waiting a few weeks was no big deal. Once the car came in, I sat down with Dave and we hammered out the details. The payments are less than before and the car is absolutely stunning. Everyone remarks on the color (which Toyota is now out of inventory of), which I see everywhere now!! Went for a test drive and bought 2 cars!! My fiancé and I went to test drive the Highlander Hybrid after work. We didn't get there until almost 7 pm. Our sales consultant, John Molina, was very helpful and patient with us. While negotiating price I mentioned I was looking to possibly trade in my old car and the Rav 4 was recommended. After that test drive the dealership closed up for the night but John, Tran Nguyen (finance), a gentleman from service department and the manager stayed until almost 1 am to be sure we received the best deal & service you could imagine. We were even asked to come back and resign finance papers with a lower rate the next day! We also were encouraged to come back at our convenience to have someone run through all the features of our cars and answer any questions. We were not rushed and felt that we received a good price. I would recommend both John and this dealership! We love our new cars, thank you Bredemann Toyota!! More

He conducted himself as a complete gentleman, and his business ethic is outstanding. I will never consider buying a car from a different place ever again. Tran was also a big help in financing. He was always polite, he respected my budget (which was very low because I was in between jobs), he stayed in touch frequently to make sure I had what I needed. Joe Bredemann and Arnie Rowen personally assisted me and offered me a last minute deal on a new Corolla that turned out to be an even better one than the used model I had intended to purchase. Tran was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly with regards to financing. Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a happier visit to the dealership. My family and I will definitely do business with them again! More
