Once we decided to purchase, he took the time to explain questions about the invoice and we didn't experience "games" back and forth between him and the finance department. We got a great deal and he spent plenty of time making sure I understood how to operate the car before I drove away. The only damper on the experience: the finance associate who had us sign the closing papers was very friendly until we declined the extended warranty, then he was a bit terse. If "Very Good" was an option I would have picked 4.5 stars for that reason. But overall, our customer service experience was great. More
