An easygoing experience and good staff! In our search for a new vehicle, initially we visited the dealership a couple of times to look around and inquire about the cars and financing. Salesm In our search for a new vehicle, initially we visited the dealership a couple of times to look around and inquire about the cars and financing. Salesman, Nestor Ambrosio, helped us both times and offered us a test drive. Nestor was very patient (funny too) and managed to answer our questions and then some. He explained the vehicle amenities and the differences between the upgrades. He gave us price quotes and financing options so we can make the best decision for our particular situation. The third time we visited, we again talked to Nestor and finally purchased a pretty Toyota Corolla. The car had just come in the dealership lot and had to be prepared for delivery so I was going to pick it up the next day. But since I didn't have a car to drive to the dealer the next day , Nestor offered to give me a ride (happened to be on his day off ), then gave me a review of the new car electronics and helped me set up some of the computer functions. We are thankful we had a good salesperson to deal with, who I might add, also went the extra mile to help us when my wife thought she had mistakenly given the dealer the wrong key when we traded in our older vehicle. A big thank you to this man and also to Tran who helped us with the financing! More
