We recently purchased a new Camry and had an excellent experience working with Syed. He was very friendly and helpful. After taking a test drive myself, my wife came to the dealership 45 minutes later and Syed was more than happy to take the time for my wife to go on another test drive. We received a great price with no hassle. Although, the specific vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, Syed promised they would be able to get it within 2 days, and he delivered! Syed was more than willing to stay several hours later than his normal hours, in order for us to pick up the car when it was convenient for us. Tran took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally. All in all this was the smoothest new car purchase I have ever had, and my 3rd with Bredemann Toyota. I would recommend Bredemann and Syed to anyone. They definitely value their repeat customers and neighbors(We live in Niles). More

Words cannot express how totally satisfying this experience was. My husband and I came in around 8:00 p.m. and left at 10:30 p,m. after purchasing a 2004 Toyota Highlander.
