Excellent Service! They made us feel like family! My mother and I visited Bredemann Toyota in search of a car that was affordable and had low miles. We met Arnie the sales manager and KP our sales consultant. They quickly made my mother feel comfortable and made purchasing a car as painless as possible. Arnie and KP worked with my mothers budget and she was able to purchase a great car. I would highly recommend working with these gentleman, they took time to explain the process to my mother and she left their feeling like family and happy with her purchase. We also had a great experience with our loan consultant Tran. He explained the paper work to mother in terms she could understand and she appreciated him taking his time and being patient with her. Outstanding service for a "first time" purchaser With my hectic schedule I literally had one day off to try and go out and buy a new car, which was completely stressful. When I walked into Bredemann' With my hectic schedule I literally had one day off to try and go out and buy a new car, which was completely stressful. When I walked into Bredemann's I was immediately impressed by the kindness and sincerity they had, and loved that it didn't start with the slimy salesman one-liners and constant pressure to buy buy buy! John Bredemann introduced us to Roger Diaz, who was wonderful! Never once felt pressured, or that I was being put into something I couldn't afford. Didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, or being scammed. Ended up with a Rav4 that I am absolutely in love with for a great price, and most importantly (with being a college kid) in my own name! Could not be happier with this process and will definitely be back whenever it's time for a new car. More

Unexpected surprise & Great cutomer service!! I was driving around in a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, that was on it's last legs. I knew it wouldn't survive another Chicago winter and a recent promotio I was driving around in a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, that was on it's last legs. I knew it wouldn't survive another Chicago winter and a recent promotion at work, which turned my commute from 7 miles round trip to 30, via LSD and expressways, the need to find a new car soon became all that more necessary. Just one problem. I hate car shopping!! When I told a co-worker, who does mechanic work as a hobby, I was seriously thinking about buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I thought he was going to have an heart attack. He told me he works on Jeeps the most. He said everything runs great for the first 3-4 years and then, things just start malfunctioning. I did a bit more research and it turns out, he was right. He told me he had a friend, Dave Lurie, who worked at Bredemann, who would be willing to work with me until I found something I really liked. I Googled Bredemann and saw that they've been around for quit a while and had several different dealships to choose from. So, we headed out to their Chevy dealer. Dave is a really personable guy. After I explained what I wanted (it absolutely had to be an SUV), we took a look at a few vehicles. We went for a test drive in a Chevy Traverse. It wasn't bad and the price was great, it just didn't "wow" me. Dave told me to hold on, disappeared and returned with a brand new Toyota Highlander LTD. With all the Toyota recalls, I was hesitant to even go for a test drive. But, what the heck. Well, the minute I got behind the wheel, I looked at Dave and called him a bad name! I was sold! We went over the truck and it had just about eveything I wanted ( I need to get the remote starter). We settled on a price and started the paperwork. Now here's where it gets interesting. There were about 5 people in front of me. So instead of "holding me hostage" for the rest of the day, Dave suggested I come back the next morning when all the paperwork would be done. When I mentioned I'd have to take a cab out there to get the truck, Dave said he would come pick me up. Who does that anymore?! For that I was grateful, since the last person didn't get out of there the night before until after 10pm! I worked with Tran Nguyen in finance. We were finished in about an hour. So, after 3 months, I have just one complaint...the length of the Owner's Manual (730+ pages) and Navigation/Audio (300+ pages). I still haven't read them. I have mentioned my positive experience with Dave and Bredemanns to several friends and they were as shocked as I was. This was the least stressful car buy experience I've ever had. Everyone should check these guys out! More

It always has been such a competitive bargaining of course between the dealer and me/buyer in the past. This time was a special experience that was so meant to happen- purchasing the Toyota Prius that I've researched on and had my reserves for almost 2 years. From the dealer- Ric, to the accounting mgr - Tran? to the store mgr, the transaction and experience went well. They were trustworthy without any hidden agenda but with assurance that we were not only making the best purchase but we will be supported by the dealer in terms of warranty/extended warranties and added service in the coming years. They made us feel like part of the Bredemann Family. I am proud of my purchase from this location. More

I bought a Toyota RAV4 My salesman was terrific. He is the kind of person I enjoy doing business with. He wasn't overbearing or pushy. Meanwhile he know the car and its feat My salesman was terrific. Most of all he was patient with us when we decided to look at other cars, other colors and pricing. I just cannot say enough good things about his approach and salesmanship. I will gladly send anybody I can to see Dan Nozari if I have the opportunity. Also, I was glad to meet Al Pieroni at the showroom as well. We met Al a number of years ago at Bredemann Lexus when we bought a Lexus 300. He is such a nice guy - the kind of person you don't forget. Seeing him at Bredemann Toyota was a plus. Mr Tran Nguyen in finance was so efficient and expert in handling the paperwork I just couldn't get over it. A no hassle experience. More

2014.5 Toyota Camry Purchase With Trade When it came time to trade my black 2000 Camry LE, with more than 170,000 miles, it was with mixed feelings. I felt like the manager walking slowly ou When it came time to trade my black 2000 Camry LE, with more than 170,000 miles, it was with mixed feelings. I felt like the manager walking slowly out to the mound to pull the ace whose no-hitter was ruined in the bottom of the 8th. With a pat on the behind, I had to retire him for the night. Choosing a new car to replace it wasn't easy either. I'd just bought a '13 Camry, with which my wife & I are very happy. I thought maybe a Corolla or RAV 4 would be nice, but Camry got better mileage than the RAV 4, and came with better financing options, 0% compared to 1.9% for the term. I found a Camry in a very pretty, new color, and the dealing began. I couldn't purchase on the spot, but Syed was amenable to leaving a deposit while I gathered finances over the next few days. The car was listed with a discount, so the deal was even better. Negotiations over the trade worried me a bit, but Syed and the team were able to do what was necessary to keep me from selling privately. Since having purchased the '13 Camry, and considering that I should have purchased some extra protective and service packages then, I was able to give that some thought. Since the deal on the new Camry was so generous, I was able to justify the extra protection and service packages that I would normally not buy, I have to admit that Syed and Tran presented a compelling case, and I think I'll come out better for having made those add-on purchases, in the end. This is my 4th Camry, and my 3rd new car purchased at Bredemann Toyota. You could say I'm loyal, and you'd be correct. I enjoy the low-pressure approach, getting a fair deal and knowing that Syed, Tran and the rest of the team at Bredemann will always back me up. More
